1. Shipping Fees
We proudly offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders delivered within the United States. There are no hidden fees or additional handling charges added at checkout.
2. Order Processing Time
- All orders are subject to a processing period before shipment.
- Processing Time: 1 - 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding federal holidays).
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the following business day.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
- Transit Time: 7 - 14 business days after the processing period is complete.
- Please note that transit times are estimates. Due to the oversized nature of sofas and furniture, specialized freight carriers are often used, and delivery times may vary slightly depending on your destination zip code and seasonal shipping volumes.
4. Order Tracking
Once your package or freight shipment has been dispatched, a shipment confirmation email containing a carrier tracking number will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout. You can use this tracking number to monitor your delivery's progress online.
5. Delays and Exceptions
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, unexpected external delays may occasionally occur due to severe weather, high-volume shipping seasons, transit carrier backlogs, or customs processing. Drelix Sofa Modern is not liable for external carrier delays, but our customer support team will actively assist you in tracking your shipment to resolve any delivery issues.
